Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your online purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following guidelines:
- The product is returned with the original hang tags
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be included in return package
- The product is NOT from the category of “Barefoot Sandals”
We will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
Please note your original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 4-5 days for your return to arrive at our center. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time from the time you ship your return, refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer traditional exchanges. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for
the exchanged item(s). In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return
the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 19237, Reno, NV, 89511, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
